Ramen Keisuke Tori King (100AM)

311 Wishlisted
~$15/pax
“Tori” in Japanese means “chicken” and what makes Tori King Ramen exceptional lies in the broth; made from ingredients such as chicken bones, chicken feet, Japanese seaweed and an assortment of vegetables boiled for eight hours to extract their individually essential flavours. These specially selected elements come together to create a tantalizing and creamy chicken broth, which is layered and deeply comforting.

I have tried many of Keisuke's outlets and finally tried Tori King! I had the Rich Soup Ramen with flavoured egg ($14.90) which came with this really creamy soup that I adore. Although this is lighter than their Tonkutsu broth version, you still get alot of umami flavours from this. If you love a richer soup, I would recommend getting thick broth instead!

As I ordered very hard noodle texture, the noodles had a wonderful chew. The chicken itself was quite a big portion, and it was soft, tender and succulent.

Definitely a good bowl of ramen, but I would still default back to my favourite Tonkutsu broth!

Tori King serves a large chicken drumstick along with your ramen. The soup is rich and the chicken meat is tender and tears off easily from the bone. The chicken itself lacks flavour but the soup broth helps to make up for it.

As expected, this bowl of ramen didn’t disappoint at all. You should totally try this if you haven’t! And just like the other Keisuke Ramen concepts, you can enjoy free-flow marinated beansprouts and hard-boiled eggs! Confirm belly full.☺️

Comforting bowl of chicken noodle (ramen) soup for a rainy day ($12.90++). Chicken was absolutely tender and rich soup was very pleasant and drinkable (as compared to tonkotsu broth). Love how you can customise the dish to your preference - firmness of noodles, richness of broth and toppings.

SO GOOD. have tried marutama’s chicken broth ramen too and in comparison, tori king’s broth is richer and more to my palate 😛 super creamy and flavourful, yet not overly so. honestly damn slurp-worthy!!! best part was the huge whole chicken thigh — sooo tender that the meat fell off with a slight tug of the chopsticks 🤩

Tried other keisuke ramen outlets and always found the soup to be on the saltier side. Opted for light saltiness and less oil and it’s perfect for me! ☺️ The chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender and even my lousy chopsticks could get all the delicious meat out. Paired with the free-flow eggs and kewpie mayonnaise… this is truly a simple joy. Paid $15.20 after GST and service charge.
