I had the Tonkotsu Ramen, which was so indulgent and just what I needed after a long day. What really surprised me was the massive serving of Chicken Karaage - juicy chicken battered to perfection. 10/10 would recommend trying this under-hyped dish when you're there!

Had a lovely dinner at Nagi Ramen. We had squid ink ramen + original ramen. The broth was smooth and creamy but not too 'gao', just the right balance ;)

We also had gyozas. They were bite sized and yummy! Will come back again!!

I had the original king with no spiciness and extra garlic. I liked that you could customise your soup and noodles. My soup was slightly salty initially but it might be because of the extra garlic. The noodle texture was good and the soup was flavourful without being too rich. The highlight of the ramen was definitely the perfectly cooked egg!

I had the Red King Ramen at the Suntec Branch. Chose a level 5 spiciness and it was good mix of flavour and spiciness. Gyozas were light and tasty too. Service was great.

Flavourful collagen filled broth, with no hint of jelak-ness at all, and in fact tasted quite clean for a such a robust tonkotsu broth — though I'd personally prefer it thicker. Other than that, the noodles were also cooked to the perfect texture, but the pork belly charshiu was slightly too tough and not fatty enough. Definitely one of the better ramen places in Singapore.

A bit disappointing by the dining experience and the ramen. 1. Not solo diner friendly. I prefer to sit alone but I was assigned to be seated beside a couple. They were talking very loudly and I asked waiter that if I can change a table. But they told me all is reserved. That was Tuesday, 4 tables were not occupied until I left the restaurant. 2. Chashu had no flavour at all. 3. Soup was very oily. I won't be back again and I didn't get it why it's popular in Singapore.
