Tried the Green King with pork belly and an extra topping of ajitama. The basil and cheese flavours complimented each other very well and the food was delicious with impeccable service.

The concept is quite similar to menya musashi with red soup (spicy), black soup. You get the option to choose how hard you want your noodles to be. We both tried the original japanese preferences and everything was on point. The noodles did not go too soggy , the broth is excellent and good amount of ingredients.

People who know me knows I love ramen and nothing beats a good bowl of ramen that reminds me of Japan. I ordered the Black King, with the rich soup option, pork belly and a top of of $2 for the ajitama. Definitely one of the best ramens I've had in Singapore and definitely comparable to those in Japan. The rich soup was thick and the paste had bits of meat to it which gave it a really umami flavour. Looking forward to my next trip there again.
