Considering a much newer stall in the food court, HK Nanyang is popular for their blue pea rice.
Using premium basmati long grain rice infused with butterfly blue pea, but my portion seems doesn’t infused a lot; as most of the portion still just a plain white rice.
Fried chicken wing was crispy and I love the chilli paste.
The huge plate and colourful presentation definitely caught our eye. Taste-wise it is pretty average, but at least the quantity is quite substantial. I won’t comment about the price too much since this is Marina Bay Sands we’re talking about. 😂
We visited on a Saturday evening and managed to find seats for two quite easily. The food court’s ambience is definitely classier than your usual neighbourhood ones.
Japanese curry rice from the japanese stall, Curry is way to watery to be curry. Cost is 7.90, not really good tbh rather disappointed
It’s not bitter at All and not too sweet as well, price is $2.90 which is reasonable for mbs
