Don’t miss Red Sparrow’s beautifully presented classic, contemporary and value for money dishes of pork and prawn summer rolls (Goi Cuon), classic beef pho (Pho Beef), shredded green mango salad with quail eggs (Banh Tran Tron), signature BBQ dishes and the highly popular hotpot spread. This dish basically Vietnamese Pulut Hitam with ice cream and goreng pisang!! What’s not to love. Got this dish after giving a Facebook recommendation. Now that I’ve tried it, I’ll definitely order it again for myself. It’s seriously so delicious and the perfect ending to any meal!

A bit filling though because of the glutinous rice, so save some space for this 😅 But we still finished it after a main each + spring rolls... so clearly it’s possible 🤡

Each deep fried spring roll was generously stuffed with meat. The meat was so juicy that tons of juices dripped out with every bite. This was way better than the fresh rolls I tried the previous time.

Paid around $23 per pax for a main each + spring rolls after Burpple Beyond!

Tried a bit of this dish’s wok fried lemongrass beef! The beef was really tender and had a unique kick to it. It’s great if you’re into dry noodles and vermicelli, but personally I tend to prefer pho noodles. Would recommend nevertheless.

I love pho because it’s the perfect “healthy”, comfort food. They didn’t have beef balls so they kindly replaced it with chicken balls per my request. I’m not a fan of tripe etc, so they gave me more beef as well! The beef was really delicious and tender and the broth was perfectly seasoned!

Yes, thats the full portion that normally costs 15bucks but it's somehow free with a review lol

Simple on paper, transcendental when executed like this. The black sticky rice had a harder texture than normal, but works so well here as it required you to chew more. The vanilla ice cream was probably not artisan, but placed in a position to succeed with the surrounding cast, it does it's job beautifully. The warm oil from the battered Banana, with the quality coconut cream, vanilla ice cream, and unique black sticky rice, made for a dessert that had us licking the empty plate. MUST TRY

Seafood pho with assorted seafood.

The lobster was decent for its price, but it had this utterly explosive sweet glaze. So good but it's only one piece hahaha.

The soup was full of seafood umami but despite the thickness, we were expecting sth with abit more body for red sparrow's standards. Probably killer if served anywhere else tho, just goes to show how good red Sparrow is

The prawns were supremely meaty as well. But the Noodles were kinda eggy, not that it's bad at all but maybe the usual pho Noodles would have been more well liked by us
