The highlight from all the dim sum is the skin. it’s delicate , thin but with the the perfect chewiness. The filling is savoury and tasty.
Feature :
💕Purple Potato Swan Dumpling
The body of the swan is made using Japanese purple sweet potato and flour, filled with chicken, char siew and mushrooms fried in oyster sauce, and fried up in the wok filled with hot oil to get the crispy “feathers”, while the head texture is like biscuit.
This dim sum is my fav, the crispy texture but not greasy at all with soft sweet potato and savoury filling.
💰$7.8 for 3 pcs.
💕 Steamed King Rice Roll
Deep fried of Vietnamese rice paper with filling of four types of mushrooms (enoki, shimeiji, straw mushroom and trumpet mushroom) along with carrots, black fungus and radish, and wrapped with a traditional housemade cheong fun skin that is soaked in beetroot juice,topped with pork floss for added texture and served with a housemade sauce.
💰$7.8++
💕 Truffle Wild Mushroom Dumpling
The green juice made from spinach (freshly made daily) is then mixed into the crystal skin dough, with filling consists of 4-5 freshly diced mushrooms, truffle paste and truffle oil which are then fried together
💰$6.8++ for 3 pcs

Being one of Singapore’s oldest seafood restaurants with an extensive array of delectable seafood dishes for you to choose from. For starters, order up the BBQ Squid wth Jellyfish ($24), the Soft Shell Crab with Salted Egg ($20) or the Pork Jowl with Salt & Pepper ($18). Feast on their chef's homemade specialties — the Golden Trio Platter ($36) which includes seafood fritters, fresh seafoodroll, and crispy tofu, and the Spicy Seafood Combination ($38). Also good are the Handmade Seafood Dumpling in Seafood Broth ($14.80), Pumpkin Seafood Soup ($10), Geo-Duck Clam Sashimi, Red House Chilli Crab, Fruity Prawn ($28), and Crispy Duck Szechuan Style ($32).

Flaky skin. Custard egg but not eggy enough. Not buttery at all. Not sweet. Bird nest for good complexion. Good thing is hot.

Lack wok hei. Lack savouriness. Decent fried rice with spam of ingredients. Fragrance. Rice is fluffly.

Salted Egg taste is nice. Batter is light and crunchy. Sotong abit hard but chewy.
