Yet another well executed fusion dish from Redpan, this pasta had that spicy kick similar to the actual hae bi hiam, and the prawns and pretty fresh too. No wonder this is one of their signature dishes!

This dish consists of a fish and prawn patty with sambal mayo, sandwiched between housemade brioche buns. Also comes with coleslaw and fries on the side. The patty was tasty, with hints of spiciness similar to the actual otah. Pretty interesting and successful example of fusion food!

Simple yet a very comforting appetizer. Generous portions of cheese sandwiched between hot tortilla slices, mmmmm!

The batter was too oily and thick for my liking but the potato filling was creamy and the lime aioli complemented it well.

One of the best truffle fries I've had, this is my go to appetizer every time I dine here. Generous portions of floss and truffle mayo and crispy fries..what's not to like!

A tad pricey for such a small slice but this cake was decent. Layered with gula melaka cream and pandan sponge, the coconutty bits in the middle was yummy too.
