As for the crispy cauliflower ($8.90), it’s a damn good appetiser that has me reconsidering my scathing condemnation of what I have deemed as trash tier broccoli. The batter is thin & quite deliciously seasoned, and the sriracha mayonnaise was slightly spicy & charmingly creamy. The only problem with it? Not nearly enough sriracha mayonnaise. Imma channel my inner Kylo Ren and say: more. MORE!⠀

I had no idea that @refuel2 had baked rice, let alone such a competently composed one. For just $14.50 nett, you could get a fantastic fried fish baked rice just like I did. Two fat fried fish fillets are the crowning jewels on a beautifully baked bed of melted cheese that encrusts a heap of rice which has been bathed in a tangy tomato sauce.⠀

Refuel hit the nail on the head when they described it as comfort food on the menu. The sweet & sour tomato rice is the perfect base for the abundance of stretchy, delicious cheese. Sure, the colossal chunks of zucchini buried within the abundance of rice are kinda out of place, but at least they attempt to resist the ravishing richness of the deluge of cheese & carbs. As for the fish fillets, they were ethereally light & flaky in direct contrast to the cheesy rice richness. Absolutely fabulous fried fish, and I’d be ecstatic if it were served to me in fish & chips.

WTFish man, this baked rice has no right to be as delicious as it is, but you’re damn right it’s deliriously delicious.

Chanced upon this café after our hike and I decided to order the All Day Brunch. This looks something way beyond my imagination haha. As I didn’t know it will be served this way (thought it will be served like the usual all-day breakfast style) but I guess brunch makes things fancier LOL. Baked eggs with sausage, bacon & capsicum etc. Nothing to shout out about regarding the taste but I guess it’s a pretty nice café to chill at if you're at the area. The dish itself is a little too watery for my liking and the toasts were pretty simple too. Guess it just another Insta-worthy dish 😂 but this isn't stopping me from visiting their store again because TOAST to a nice aesthetic cafe!

Filling and satisfying meal!

The whole chicken leg is just yummy in the tomato based stew, tender and juicy, along side are the mushrooms, zucchini, potatoes, and toast, super filling can~ If only there can be more stew, it will be perfect...

While the full tank all-day breakfast are those hard-to-go wrong items, still got impressed by the sausage, chewy and flavourful, and generous portion as shown on the pic, good for hungry soul who can’t make up their mind what to eat for breakfast...

Another surprise is the pulled pork nachos! Ditched the usual truffle fries and went for the pulled pork nachos instead, and it was surprisingly good~ The pulled pork was well marinated, with cheese and mayo, salsa and jalapeño, they go so well tgt with the criss cut fries, recommend this for sharing!

As for the flat white, pretty decent, medium roast, nutty finish, not bad for a morning boost~

A little ulu but the cafe is quite good to chill, can accommodate about 30 pax (I guess) and the staff are friendly too~
