Kedondong Salad - Sliced wing beans, fresh ambarella (kedondong), julienned kaffir lime leaf, and ginger flower are mixed together with diced pickled tomatoes and finely sliced onions. To give the dish added crunch and umami, peanut brittle and shrimp floss are added as toppings.

Beside those,we also tried their Peranakan Yong tau foo with Chee Cheong fun.
It’s special, because the gravy not too “heavy/ jelak “, combination between coconut milk and Hae bee hiam, served with fresh yong tau foo and Chee Cheong fun.

As usual with other Chef Damian’s dishes, this dish didn’t disappoint us. The dish promised as it was described on the menu.

Made using beef cheeks, they are very tender and finely cooked with Chef Damian’s secret recipe.
Just need to serve the dish warmer, it will be perfect!
Kedondong is a juice from June plum.
It adds a flavourful taste to the wing beans, ginger flower, peanuts and other herbs to tease your taste buds.
Definitely a must-try at the restaurant!
