Chocolate Overdose in the form of famed Aussie N2 Extreme Gelato's Ferrero Reveal - Chocolate hazelnut gelato with crunchy roasted Hazelnuts, light rice crisps, gooey chocolate top and a syringe of chocolate ganache.

Surprisingly delicate, the smooth gelato was not too rich, sweet or cloying. The bits of crunch from the toppings also boost the oomph factor for me and complemented the velvety texture of the ice cream. Good balance of chocolatey and nuttiness!

It's not blueberry flavored if you're wondering, but a flavor called hascup, which is a special type of fruit only available in Hokkaido. It does taste like blueberry tho. This costs a whooping $8 but it's worth every single cent. The only regret I have is that the cup is a tad too small and my joy in indulging in the creamy milk ended earlier than I liked.

This bowl is bought from the Hokkaido fair in Resort World Sentosa. Taste wise, it's not bad though I don't think the soup base tasted strongly of seafood. Maybe I can't differentiate the taste or something? But you can't expect too much from it considering that they were preparing this using the packet soup based that they were promoting. The seaweed comes with their brand being printed on it so I thought that was pretty cool. Noodles was good. And if you that was fishcake that you're seeing, it's actually bread. I was confused by its look at first but took me a bite to realize it. I guess I'll give this a 3 out of 5?

A very innovative wedding dinner dish. No shells and loads of crab meat. Each guest is given mantou and a bowl full of chilli crab gravy with meat. Unfortunately the gravy and the mantou are not up to standard or it'll be an excellent innovative wedding dish. Posted by Ah Leong San 2016 January 9
