After hearing countless reviews about Restaurant Aisyah, we just had to come here. Known for delicious halal xinjiang cuisine, they certaintly did not disappoint. The beef was tender, and the noodles were flavourful. We also really liked the fact that we were able to choose the noodle type! Our only gripe was that it wasn't as spicy as we liked it but then again, our tastebuds are fully accustomed to samyang's level of spiciness so 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️.

* Take note that the menu on burpple is not the same as the one in the restaurant!
* Does not allow paywave!

Spicy chicken dumplings 8pcs ($13.80)
These dumplings were THICC, filled to the brim with chicken and juicy prawns. There was a generous amount of chili oil, chili flakes and some peppercorns so you could even scoop some up and add to your own noodles if you'd like. For two samyang lovers, these weren't really spicy for us but we loved them anyway. That said, this was really the highlight of our meal and we loved it!!

Taste like a mix of mala soup and the Taiwanese Niu rou Mian!! Super good soup, good fresh handmade noodles and good beef meat. Would come back for more:) also the chefs are all from Xinjiang, super cool

If you're a fan of spicy sichuan-style noodles, you're in luck! Nestled amongst shophouses along Telok Ayer Street, you'll find this muslim-owned restaurant serving hand-pulled noodles with the authentic taste of XinJiang. Savour tender beef with their Stewed Beef Brisket Noodle ($11.80) or opt for their Shredded Chicken Noodles ($8.80) for a lighter palate option. You'll get to choose between dry or soup-based and your preferred noodle thickness, from capillary thin to wide. Don't miss out on trying their Beef Dumplings ($8.80) as well!

Stewed mutton noodles and spicy beef noodles - both broths were thick and full of flavour without overpowering. Mutton was so soft and yums. I chose the thinnest noodle and it soaked up all the flavours nicely. The black fungus is a cold dish and yums too. Will definitely be back to try more!

If you love si chuan spices and want a challenge, this is the place for you. It was hella spicy! But also really delicious. Should try the beef dumplings too! I got the ones with hot sauce and it was spiiiiicy.
