Gather your family and friends for a scrumptious seafood feast this weekend! The signature Steamed Fish Head with Black Beans, Ginger and Chilli (from RM50) is "worth every cent for the incredibly smooth flesh”, says Burppler R D. It’s cooked in a killer sauce bursting with flavours from the soy, black bean, ginger and chilli – perfect to drizzle over a bowl of hot white rice. Another standout to share is the house special Chiu Pai Tau Fu (from RM15), chunky, deep-fried cubes of tofu topped with crunchy cai po (preserved turnip) and minced meat.

Fish was okay, but not great. Their signature tofu is popular here too.

The house special tofu is a chunky, deep-fried square topped with crunchy cai po and minced meat. Dig in to find perfectly soft and smooth plain white insides, a great contrast to its flavourful exterior.

Worth every cent for the incredibly smooth flesh that this sizeable fish boasts. While cooked through to an opaque colour, it still retains a nice, bouncy bite too! The sauce is killer — a briny soy mixture that gets its punch from loads of black beans, sliced ginger and unassumingly spicy green chilli.

Once you get passed the fact that you are eating 'ribbit ribbit'🐸 and you have the courage to take your very first bite, you will definitely enjoy it. Despite it being fried, the meat retains its tenderness. The fried ginger which comes along with it adds a crispy spicy kick to the dish. RM38

The fish is very fresh and perfectly steamed. The flesh is naturally sweet and have a good bite to it. Their house specialty sauce further accentuated the sweetness of the fish. No wonder this dish is being served at most tables. RM57
