Count on Jin Xuan to make hot afternoons better with dim sum that doesn't disappoint (the air-conditioning helps too). Start with the plump, juicy Siew Mai (RM4.50) and then, dig into the delicious Steamed Mixed Rice Rolls (RM4.80) steeped in sweet, briny soy sauce. It'd be a crime to visit Jin Xuan without an order of the Golden Bun or Lao Sa Bao (RM4 for two) but be gentle with this one — the gorgeous salted egg yolk custard spills at the slightest touch. This fourth outlet also happens to be the only one that serves its killer Roast Pork Belly (from RM20) with rice and noodles, which come in handy to feed starving colleagues in case the dim sum doesn't suffice.
