Feast on a lavish international buffet spread with a view at @riserestaurantsg , an all-day dining restaurant at a popular tourist spot in SG which has an extensive spread and reasonably priced for its quality ππ»π€

We celebrated our birthdays here right before CNY eve and unknowingly got the best seats here π, and we even got complimentary cakes which are not included in the buffet! Our favourites would be their cheese station, make-your-own-soda station, chilli crabs and Halibut fish (extremely fresh and high quality π) that we kept going for more!! 10/10 will visit RISE again when I have the money and time! π

Wide spread of variety and ample seatings around The Rise. Surprisingly, the crowd was not so bad on a Sunday morning. Good quantity but not the quality. Those who are entitled to the club lounge should go for the lounge dining instead for quality spread!
The selection of breads are so wide at Rise and I couldnβt take my eyes off the bread station.
I must have tried at least 5 varieties of bread and all were lovely.
The kitchen makes it a point to lightly toast the breads before serving .
My favourites are the pecan and cranberry, the dill soft rolls and the savoury tomato loaf bread.
I love chestnuts and Glad that this chestnut veloute was part of Riseβs Christmas Eve menu this year . It just adds so much character to the buffet ( instead of the usual mushroom or potato and leek soup .... )
So velvety creamy and gloriously earthy with a natural sweetness .
Excellent execution.
The marine lobsters at the cold seafood station are so fresh .
Just topped with a little squeeze of lemon juice and nothing else .
This is what I came for π... ...
