Had bread, butter and small cups of creamy pumpkin soups to start off our lunch buffet at Rise. The menu is now fully digital and orders are via their friendly staff. You can’t really control the portions since it’s a la carte now, but they were actually pretty well portioned out for us (4 pax) and look at their effort in presentation! We didn’t manage to try everything on the menu but our favourites were the soups and side dishes.

We came a month ago when they were having the membership + weekdays promo which was very value! It was full house despite being a Monday, so please don’t be like us (we were on the waiting list and almost left before a table was finally available) and remember to make reservations beforehand!

Rise Restaurant at Marina Bay Sands offer all-day international buffets. This is my review of their Sunday brunch buffet:

Feast on a lavish international buffet spread with a view at @riserestaurantsg , an all-day dining restaurant at a popular tourist spot in SG which has an extensive spread and reasonably priced for its quality 👌🏻🤗

We celebrated our birthdays here right before CNY eve and unknowingly got the best seats here 😍, and we even got complimentary cakes which are not included in the buffet! Our favourites would be their cheese station, make-your-own-soda station, chilli crabs and Halibut fish (extremely fresh and high quality 😋) that we kept going for more!! 10/10 will visit RISE again when I have the money and time! 😄

⚠️ Reservations recommended!
Prices adjusted w.e.f 10 Feb 2020:
Daily breakfast buffet — S$45 (Adult) & S$22 (Child)
Lunch buffet (Mon – Fri) — S$58 (Adult) & S$25 (Child)
Lunch buffet (Sat) — S$64 (Adult) & S$25 (Child)
Brunch buffet (Sun) — S$88 (Adult) & S$38 (Child)
Dinner buffet (Sun – Thu) — S$75 (Adult) & S$38 (Child)
Dinner buffet (Fri & Sat) — S$83 (Adult) & S$38 (Child)

Wide spread of variety and ample seatings around The Rise. Surprisingly, the crowd was not so bad on a Sunday morning. Good quantity but not the quality. Those who are entitled to the club lounge should go for the lounge dining instead for quality spread!

The selection of breads are so wide at Rise and I couldn’t take my eyes off the bread station.

I must have tried at least 5 varieties of bread and all were lovely.

The kitchen makes it a point to lightly toast the breads before serving .

My favourites are the pecan and cranberry, the dill soft rolls and the savoury tomato loaf bread.

I love chestnuts and Glad that this chestnut veloute was part of Rise’s Christmas Eve menu this year . It just adds so much character to the buffet ( instead of the usual mushroom or potato and leek soup .... )

So velvety creamy and gloriously earthy with a natural sweetness .

Excellent execution.
