First meal in my return to Sydney - black ramen. Just dark shoyu ramen at this hipster motorbike repair workshop/cafe called Riding Son workshop. Really loved the hip but chill atmosphere and design here. Great space.
Black ramen was 4⭐️ highlight was the creamy 62dc egg that coats the noodles nicely. The ingredients were excellent as well - pork was tender and fatty but not overwhelming; black fungus and bamboo shoots gave good texture. soup was filled with umami but not as rich as I was hoping for. Noodles were also not what I was looking for.
Definitely want to be back to try other items like Katsu burger. Below 20aud for lunch. #ramen #drklingeats #sydney #burpple
