One stall, endless varieties. You can have yours with lean sliced pork, pork ribs, pork inerts, even prawns whole or sliced.
Pair those ingredients with your favourite type of noodles, and finally, choice of having your bowl of noodles soup or dry. Their broth has a frontal sweetness of roasted prawn shells, depth of pork bones, no doubt long hours of brewing, but mostly definitely also plenty of MSG. Dry versions come tossed in a saucy sweet chilli mixture that almost has a tomato sambal feel to it.
Need more heat? Feel free to dump in the gunpowder chilli powder (usually available on the tables within the coffee shop).
Famous Lao Zhong Zhong Ngoh Hiang is also available for takeaway from the coffee shop just across the street!

seriously the best prawn noodles i have ever tasted. i like the soup with a sweet aftertaste and this one has it. has the right amount of peppery flavour too with the pork and prawn broth taste!! definitely one of my favourite breakfast places

Sunday - spent half an hour waiting for a seat and another half an hour waiting for the dish. In between, walked across the road to get famous Ngoh Hiong (which we waited about 15 mins). Ate all the Ngoh Hiong coz we were so hungry. Couldn’t finish the prawn noodles when it finally came - coz we were so full from the Ngoh Hiong. Would I do it again? Prolly not. Was it worth it? Definitely.

Broth is really good. Prawns are fresh and sweet. Limited choices as it was already 1+pm so we could only choose yellow noodles. They were sold out by 2pm though their opening hours state till 2.30pm on Sundays. Worth a try if you are in the area.

On this prawn noodles, there were five ingredients you can choose from: prawns, pork ribs, pig intestines, razor clams, pigs tail. Prices also vary according to the size of the prawns you choose. I like the sweetness of the soup, derived from both the prawns and pork ribs. I can appreciate the authenticity of the soup, though it was leaning towards being more "porky", and less "prawny".
But the best part is that you can dabao ngoh hiang guan chang from Lao Zhong Zhong opposite, and eat with the prawn noodles here. People have been doing it for years, and so far no complaints from the noodles owners :)
