Fragrant, tender and juicy with a slight crisp, their chicken goes well with their hot sauce but it’s an overkill. Could barely finish it
ROAST is one of the cafes that I have to go at least once whenever I’m in Bangkok for a holiday and the Truffle Alfredo (280 THB) always makes it to the table. What’s not to like when it’s homemade tagliatelle that’s cooked in a thick creamy sauce with bacon and mushroom?

Because of my limited stomach storage, I don’t usually finish up the bread that are served. But I’d make an exception for this plate right here. Crispy on the outside along with a slight char, I spread margarine over it and it’s equivalent to happiness spreading all over your body because you’re on vacation and you’re having good food in a cafe with good ambience and a decent air conditioning that allows you to escape from the heat that seems to be piercing your skin. Bliss
