3rd Stop: Ellenborough Cafe @ Swissotel Merchant Court at Clarke Quay.
Buffet spread with Durian Pengat.

such a huge mountain of meat (almost all) to myself (probably half a cow in there) but it's really addictive, especially when dipped in the slightly spicy Miso Bean Paste and wrapped in fresh, crisp veggie leaves, topped along with all the yummy side dishes. kinda cleaned out all the plates. i think i asked for at least 3 rounds of the sides at 10pm becos the Chef said i'm too skinny. must eat 😋
