One of the best Chinese rojaks we've had comes from a tiny unassuming stall in Toa Payoh.
Every single bite had a nice crunch to it, from the fresh pineapples to the crispy beancurd. The peanut and prawn paste sauce is drool worthy. This rojak (from $3) is a beautiful symphony of flavours.
