Great fun having this wonderful Saké : Toyobijin Reiwa Junmai Daiginjo with a polishing at 40% from SUMIKAWA SHUZO.
This was specially curated to commemorate the emperor’s enthronement. Which Only 300 bottles are produced Worldwide!!
Hints and elegance of Melon on nose and slight green apple, but very well balance to my liking as I am never a sweet Saké fans. The great well balance of this Saké end with a slight bitterness which I welcome it so much !! Mid lingering at the end to give you great experience but not too long to disturb your next bite!!
A place where you looking for premium sake this is the place to be, I tried Kuheiji Sauvage 2019 Japanese Premium Sake, its really fruity and goes perfectly well with their Yakitori. Price is reasonable and service is fantastic.

Famous for their Yakitori and Premium Sake. Highly recommended as this is my personal favourite place to sit at the bar counter, sip on my sake and enjoy my Yakitori freshly cooked the chefs.
