This post is wayyyy overdue, but I still want to get it up 😅
The food in @visitrubato taste pretty authentic Italian and I know weird to say that, my favourite has to be the mushroom soup! It taste super hearty and the blended wild mushroom taste really good.
The appetizer A Gift from the Angels (SGD $48) - using angel's hair and scallop with bites of truffles on top. Personally, I don't really fancy this as this dish seems to be prepared beforehand, as the angels' hair has been harden from being fridged.
While the black ink pasta and the flavours of brunch pizza might not be the best pick of ours, they taste fresh and good but there isn't a catch for me wanting to go back.

GODDAMN
Probably the best pork rack I've had so far, it's pretty tender even at the lean parts, and even then there's juices gushing out. Can see the char, and most importantly the way the fats explode in your mouth when u get to the bits near the bone, WOW. Black pepper jus was super flavourful too
Chewy and airy crust, w a smokiness and rather crispy too. Would have preferred more tomato sauce, but otherwise a solid magherita.
Take note the basil is baked inside, and not topped before serving
We had one of our best meals here with attentive service and food that taste so delectable that we were itching to go back the moment we left
Warm lava cake with ice cream is my favourite dessert here. The mains are not bad but does not feel as worthy.
