Fun fact: I was told that Jenny Hong (of the popular soya bean truck) owns this restaurant! The soup base for all the noodles are the same with the choice of adding milk into it or not. Get the fish paste if you’re not up for biting through bones. They’re bouncy and are cooked perfectly.
