Pricey due to its location, but it was so yummy I finished everything even though I was already so full. The runny egg covering the pre-made chicken thigh meat was made-to-order. Coupled with semi-sweet/savoury Japanese sauce which wasn’t too heavy, it was a surprising match. I wasn’t expecting too much as it was my first time trying saboten despite its fame for its katsu. Nonetheless it was a pleasant surprise and I would definitely come back for more !
