When I first had a taste of saizeriya’s pizzas last years, it wowed me for the quality and taste .

Quite disappointing this round to see that the crust has been changed to a prata type of crust which can’t even hold up the ingredients . This can’t be called a pizza at all . More like a crepe toasted in the oven - void of the variation of textures you should find in a pizza .

Major letdown .

Chicken Chop with Teriyaki Sauce ($8.90 nett) consisted of Salad (S) and Hot or Cold Drinks (Refillable). I felt that chicken chop didn't have much teriyaki sauce inside. Chicken Chip's meat was between soft at the center and hard at the edge.

Salad (S) consisted of lettuce, cherry tomato and etc mixed with thousand island dressing. It was under of set lunch from 12.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. (Monday to Friday except Public Holiday)

Went around 8pm on a Friday night while the restaurant was quite packed.

Carbonara with poached egg ($6.90) was disappointing. The pasta tasted like pasta, bacon tasted like bacon while the sauce was tasteless and not creamy and the egg, well, although perfectly poached, was just on its own as well - they were all not on good terms that night.

Saizeriya has always been one of my favourite budget restaurants. So, I’m hoping this is only because it was busy and not because the standard has dropped.

▪️Mushroom soup ($2.90) was alright.
▪️Oven grilled escargots ($5.90) was packed full of flavour that sort of saved my tasteless pasta dish. Portion wise, well you can’t really expect much with a price like that.
▪️Grilled chicken doria ($4.90) also lacked of flavour as told by my friend.
▪️Chicken wings 8pcs ($7.90) was honestly the best dish of the night.

But if you’d asked me, my favourite dish from Saizeriya of all time is the Vongole Spicy Tomato Soup ($5.90) under pasta. I used to frequent the outlet at Liang court.

This got to be my new favourite restaurant for Italian food!

I tried the Salmon Pizza, which only cost around $7.9 if I’m not wrong at remembering. The salmon is surprisingly taste well with the pizza. It’s thin, and flavourful. The amount of sauce, cheese and look at the salmon on the top, definitely worth it.

I also tried Bacon Mac and Cheese. Guys, if you’re somehow craving for cheese, please go to this restaurant and order this. This dish filled with potato, bacon and A LOT of cheese which will satisfy your craving. I have to say that this mac and cheese taste better than other place. Cheese is creamy and not too thick, I think that is why I enjoyed it so much without feeling nausated.

they were out of pasta. wut? oh well. beggars can't be choosers. salmon was nice and fatty. creamed spinach looked vastly different from the menu. and definitely alot less in portion. pizza was bad. cheese was all dried up. dough was hard and chewy. will recommend to go the outlets which are less busy.

10 per pax.
