Though there are mixed reviews of this place, I find their food especially this popular honey-soy glazed pork ribs that’s served with a portion of pickled cucumber and a side or apple & wasabi slaw pretty good. The meat came off the bone with the slightest pull from the fork while the portion was just right for one person, anything more and it’s going to be surfeiting. The added touch of the pickles and slaw also helped to cut through the richness from the super tender and fatty pork ribs. As this was my first time visiting, I am unsure if this is the norm but the wait staff was super enthusiastic into clearing our plates even though we are not done eating. Perhaps it was a Friday night and they have to turn the tables around for the next round of diners or they just thought that we have finished eating?

Charred green peppers with home made cheese, lightly seasoned with sea salt and olive oil. Only 10% of padron peppers are spicy so go on and pop them like there’s no end to it 🌶

Other than the Spanish rice being too mushy and creamy like risotto, all else is good about this dish. The rice absorbed all the natural goodness from the clams, prawns and squid, giving it an intense flavor. You can even see that the skillet is entirely filled with seafood 🐙 Now, we’re thinking to head back to try their flat iron steak..

Barramundi with mussels, capers and fregula in crazy water which is basically a herbed broth. The broth was a little on the sour side but we love it! It enhanced the flavors of the already well seasoned and moist white fish with crispy skin.

Intriguing dish with a spectrum of textures and flavors. Loved the interplay between the rich creamy tahini on the smoky charred cauliflower along with the crunch from the macadamia and sweetness from the pomegranate.
