Ravioli generously filled with spinach and ricotta cheese, cooked perfectly al dente and served in a decadent pistachio pesto sauce. The creamy sauce was a tad heavy but really yummy.
This cod with smoky tomato cream and giant asparagus proves that they can handle seafood dishes equally well :)

Apparently this Argentina grilled short ribs is mine :) superbly seasoned to extract every ounce of beef goodness, matched only by the aromatic smokiness of the meat. It has basically made the side garnished a bystander in the proceedings and no better way to down this beefy babe than with a choice selection of Pinot noir on the side :)
