Salted caramel - as signature as it gets. Also a familiar flavour that needs no review

Tahitian Vanilla - looks beige/brown and of a ‘lighter’ taste compared to the Madagascan counterpart. Or perhaps it’s just my bias towards Madagascan vanilla. Nevertheless, this was good too!!

Ispahan - the highly of today’s visit! Rosy much, tastes a lil’ like Bandung. Love the floral notes and how it’s pretty much light on the palate. Perfect after a heavy dinner!

Waffle bowl - not sure if intended that way but the colour was a shade darker than the usual brown of typical waffle cones. I took a quick scan - everyone’s waffle bowl was of the same shade. Not sure if it’s a batch issue or intended to be so. The waffle bowl was super crispy and thankfully no burnt smell!

All time fav Lemon Cheesecake is avail:) I love that flavor!

💬: What kind of ice cream shop DOES NOT HV PISTACHIO!! 🤡🤡😭 Settled for the dark chocolate sorbet & their salted caramel (duh) and was pleasantly surprised by both, but more so the former which was hella gao and shiok

Waffle was also p good, though it breaks apart and becomes mushy reaaaally

Fondly remember back in my church youth days when I chanced upon SC, situated at Upper Thomson Road (directly beside Udders) and it’s delighting to know there’s a new store opening @ Bukit Timah - Lorong Kilat.

Ordered 2 scoops + plain waffles, and a side of salted caramel sauce. ($12.60) which price point ain’t too bad for sharing. Double thumbs up for their waffle - well toasted yet having the balance of softness in its crust. Icecream flavour chosen goes to Pistachio and earl grey(?)

Loving the minimalistic rustic decor + their chill music vibes 😌 What a way to end the weekend week by savouring their dessert treats & catching up with your homies!

All time favourite crispy waffles with earl grey and chamomile honey ice cream drizzled with salted caramel sauce, best combination ever!

Waffles did not turn soggy fast, remained crispy despite the ice cream sitting on it for sometime. Earl grey ice cream was my fav and no.1 choice because of it’s taste.. the taste of earl grey wasnt subtle at all! 👍🏼 similarly for Chamomile honey.. less guilty because it’s honey🤣 but it was a really comforting dessert after a heavy meal and humid day!

Food: 10/10
Ambience: 8/10
(Seating area quite limited, might not be able to get seats on peak hrs but super aesthetic and clean)

Ordered a double scoop ($7.60 + $1 per premium flavour) on a waffle bowl ($1) - didn’t like these flavours as much. The houjicha was a tad too sweet, albeit smokey and rich. The dark forest tasted like Meiji chocolate milk with some bites of chocolate cake and pieces of cherries - no hint of brandy at all and certainly not worth the premium!
