The sweltering weather got me sCREAMing for some ICE CREAM!!! 🤣
Situated right beside Udders Icecream, there must be a reason for Salted Caramel to stand its ground in this food arena with stiff competition. 👌🏻 Later realised that their icecreams, freshly made in-house daily with no artificial ingeedients, are eggfree! 😎
Going at $3.80 for single scoop & $6.80 for double scoop, we tried the Lemon Cheesetart & Roasted Pistachio flavours. 💕
Lemon Cheesecake was a good rendition with the right balance of sweetness & tartness! 😍😍😍 Loved the citrusy tone that harmonised the milky icecream, while the slightly crunchy bits of buttery & savoury cheesecake dough added layers to the flavours & textures! 👍🏻
Roasted Pistachio was INTENSE 💚 Perfectly creamy & full of nutty flavours, it was evident that they had used a generous amount of real pistachios (there were abt 5 kernels of whole pistachio nuts in our scoop too! ✌🏻). However, i wld have preferred them crushed for a less jarring texture. Found it a tad too sweet, but the rich flavours still won me over.
Overall, it's really not bad i would say! 😉 Perhaps improving on service (free tapwater instead of selling bottled plain h2o) would draw in more customers! 🤔

Had the salted caramel, peanut butter sm’ore and stout chocolate flavours.

The salted caramel was decent but I really liked the peanut butter sm’ore as the peanut butter taste was strong enough.

The stout chocolate flavor was decadent chocolate, well balanced out by a tinge of stout.

This is one of my favorite ice cream places!

First visit here and was quite delighted at the options available☺️ Theres some interesting flavours such as the Speculous, Horlics, Acai Sorbet, Baileys and more!!😍

Ordered the Speculous and Acai Sorbet in a cup($6.80) and added Almond Flakes as toppings(+$0.50). They also have options to put it in a waffle cone, waffles or on a brownie and theres different prices for 1-3 scoops etc😄

Overall the different flavours were not bad and prices were comparable to other icecream shops😅 However, its the first time ive seen Acai Sorbet etc which was quite unique to me!! Would head down again if im craving for some speculous😛
