San Yi Xuan served several rice-based dishes served in bamboo tubes and their mixed mushrooms chicken rice ($3.50) caught my eyes.

The rice steamed in a bamboo tube in the steamer is adequately flavored and tasted good on its own while cubes of chicken meat and various mushrooms were separately fried and later added onto the rice.

The side dish made up of long beans and chicken are good to have with the rice since they are all savory and nice.
