The 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗸𝗮𝘁𝘀𝘂 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗵 ($10) featured a pristinely crispy panko crust, which encased a succulent and bouncy patty. The caramelised onions imparted some edge to the sandwich through acidity and a controlled sweetness, which tangoed elegantly with the soft piquant notes of the tonkatsu sauce. A mix of light crisp and softness from the buttery buns was the perfect finishing touch to an enjoyable sandwich.
