My Cantonese nanny used to make this for me when I was little...I last had this when I was 9 years old. Since then, I have never seen it elsewhere. Thank you @einnaw for helping me realize decades worth of longing. This is complimentary from the restaurant. 🙌

This almost 50 year old establishment has this comforting eggs and beef dish is awesome on a gloomy and rainy night. Buttery eggs enveloping nicely sliced beef pieces that are tender and easy to the bite. Thank you @einnaw and Tim for this lovely lovely meal! 😍

Pork Liver. They really know how to clean the pork liver here.
With a quick blanched and added to the spinach soup, the pork liver turn out to be plump, tasty and no bloody taste. Absolute delight.
