W Soup Tonkotsu Ramen with Flavored soft-boiled Egg
broth came w bits of pork chashu and onion, added to the overall flavour of the noodles. egg was a little bit overcooked, but a really good satisfying meal!
Regrets for not trying this earlier… This is soo yummy in my tummy! The noodles texture is perfectly springy and managed to hold the thick tasty broth well when dipped into. Probably the only downside is that there isn’t much meat in the tsukemen broth.
Be prepared to queue during peak hours and weekends!
served with 2 slices of aburi chashu, half a flavoured egg, black fungus and spinach
really enjoyed the soup, it was rich in flavour but not overly salty which complemented the chashu which was pretty salty. the noodle texture was also different from the other ramen shops, it’s slightly flatter and springy
