Linguine pasta in rich salmon cavier & cream sauce with generous ebiko (shrimp cavier). Did I mention the pasta is super al dente?
Chicken patty in a block is ok. Chicken wing is well grilled. But I've eaten better ones.
Great combination of grilled goose liver and salmon roe (ikura) on a bed of sushi rice, served in a bamboo shaft. Interesting to eat with a bamboo scoop.
