Beef was medium well but it was surprisingly still acceptably tender with some char. Apart from the beefy flavour the accompanying cast was also great, with cheddar guac sour cream and pico de Gallo. Esp loved the savoury soft onions and the squeeze of lemon to cut thru the grease. Fantastic value using fave esp considering the amount of meat. Probably supposed to be a sharing plate with that elaborate sizzling display so it's pretty filling for 1

Chunks of veggies and the sourness really cuts through the heaviness of the soup

Ribeye Steak (SGD$34.00) with black pepper sauce was grilled over open flame and served on a chopping board with mashed potato (choice of fries available) and salad. This was tender, with smokey hints and was a delightful choice for us.

Santa Fe restaurant boasts a rustic setting that can be very romantic and believe or not, it's a restaurant on a boat! Me and my friends ordered all 4 different flavours of the baby back ribs to share (32+ each) and none of them disappointed me.

The original flavoured ribs were honey glazed ribs and they were amazing. It was not too sickly sweet, and yet addictive!

The louisiana hot sauce ribs packed a punch and it reminded me of tabasco sauce actually. The burn of the sauce reached all the way to my nose and eyes, so get prepared to tear halfway through the meal!

The barbecue sauce ribs was good, but it wasn't anything special. It's probably the safest option out of the 4, since it can accommodate to anyone's taste buds.

The whiskey flambé ribs were the best of the 4, and it comes with a show! Witness your ribs on fire and be sure to record it down for your insta story! The ribs had a hint of whiskey in them, and it further enhanced its smoky taste.

Overall, it is indeed pricey, but it is worth going for to impress your dates, or to celebrate birthdays with your friends. Be sure to ask if any of your friends or dates have sea-sickness, since the setting can be quite rocky!

Interesting dining experience where u need to fight the motion sickness in order to enjoy the meal.

Santa Fe bbq baby back ribs ($32 full rack): love this. Tender, juicy and melt in the mouth. Fries was prepared in the better texture too.

Tex Mex grilled chicken ($26) : chicked chop was a bit hard. Nice mashed potato with potato skin in it. Rich and creamy. Served w grilled vege too.

Turkey quesadillas ($11) : served w 3 different kinds of refreshing sauce.

Got to try a different cuisine thanks to #burpple and of course, our host Santa Fex Tex Mex Grill. It was a very filling evening and I got to meet Eleanor, Geraldine and Celest! More details on my blog: qiuuing.wordpress.com.
