The Nama sweet wine is a blend of Mandilaria and other indigenous red varietal and has an aromatic rose and Easter flower bouquet. Santo Wines, a wine cooperative, is the largest wine producer on Santorini. Their tasting room is perched on top of a cliff overlooking the entire Santorini Bay Area. While there are tasting flights (18 being the largest), we opted for the a la carte menu (primarily cos the bubblies would be wasted on us) so that we could come back over 2 days to savour the entire menu and enjoy the view!
