Located all the way down to the basement of Great World, situated within the food court area of Meidi-Ya.

Possibly easy to miss out this place when you are here for a meal, but it is a truly hidden place for some decent ramen.

The price could be higher but the taste wise definitely won’t disappoint you. Broth surely creamy and tasty, come with lots of corns and other ingredients.

Quite pricey but lives up to the price. Recommended by a friend's chef, it really is one of the best ramens I've had in Singapore.

The soup wasn't thick or heavy as you would expect for a miso broth. Maybe abit disappointing if that's what you're looking for but the broth is still extremely satisfying with an understated umami. On top of the broth, the char siu was extremely tender, and the multitude of greens were stir fried to add smokiness for more complexity. Menma was very sweet and extremely unique. Finally, the noodles which are shipped from Sapporo is significantly different from what u have elsewhere, with a good bite.

Bang-on bowl of ramen. Abit oily tho as authentic ramen tends to be so it makes for a good post-workout meal if you don't want guilt

I’m not usually piqued by shio ramen but I have come across several raving reviews of this particular stall for their shio ramen. One thing that immediately stood out for me was the bamboo shoots (menma). In other shops, menma is sliced in a uniform rectangular shape but here it’s more cylindrical/conical. And their taste is unusually sweet and earthy in a really good way. I would definitely add-on more menma next time. Now back to the soup- it’s definitely on the saltier side but it has subtle smoky flavour to it, perhaps from the tare. Pork slice is on a chunkier side but still retains its juice and tenderness. Also happy to report that their curly noodle is al-dente just nice. I haven’t come across such a comforting bowl of ramen for soo long. This reminds me of slurping a bowl of ramen in a random alley in Tokyo in the middle of the night. So simple yet flavourful.
