Food here looks so good that I bookmarked it here and it truly did not disappoint. Had one of the crispiest salmon skin ever. In addition, the vegetables and hummus make me hit my daily intake of vegetables (that's a win for me already hahhaha).

Miso Salmon Carbonara is pretty decent with huge chunks of salmons. Good cafe in the CBD district. Wo Xi Huan. Can't wait to try their dinner menu next time.

The Miso Salmon pasta & Truffle Mushroom risotto were delicious, portion was decent as well! Will order it again next time!

We wanted to try the brunch menu, but too bad they only served dinner menu when we went. Hence, we tried:
Salmon Miso Carbonara (pictured)
Grass-fed Ribeye (a photo of just the meat, no sides)

Both dishes taste equally horrible, and we won’t be back for the dinner menu. The crowd and hype was only from the restaurant being centrally located, with a good ambience for chilling.

Miso Salmon Carbonara ($16)
Chicken Parmigiana ($16)
We used the Burpple 50% off mains so they’re $8 each.

The food was mediocre at best. Nothing tastes fantastic. Will not come back again even if w the 50% off mains 😕

Did I think this CB&J (Cashew Butter and Jam y’all what were you thinking) would be good? Yes I did; if y’all followed my #occupyboredom escapades, I made a roasted grapes and sausage dish. Did I think this CB&J would be THIS CRAZILY good though? Nuh-ope. Let me break it down for you. You’re looking at plump and juicy grapes, roasted down beautifully till all those natural sugars turn concentrated and syrupy and oh-so-good. Have those precious gems piled up above a bed of creamy homemade cashew butter, over a thick slice of toasted brioche, then go around the plate with some honey, thyme, and coarse sea salt. That, my friends, is the lowdown on this CB&J. I like that the cashew butter’s not completely creamy so there’s still a little texture there, and it’s also unsalted so that coarse sea salt really adds a fabulous pop in every bite.

I love truffle. I love scrambled eggs. I didn’t know you could put them together, and Sarnies did a great job with it. It went great with the rye sourdough toast and the grana padano. It’s a huge serving as well, we were so full and satisfied after the meal!

Worth it with the burpple 50% off mains. Do note that they only take 50% off the dish itself and not the add-ons.

We went on a weekend morning (around 10.45am) and was really lucky to be able to get seats for two. Would recommend to go down earlier if you don’t want to queue, especially if you are coming with a group.
