Really potent stuff: white miso coated oysters grilled on skewers. The intense miso did just nice and not overpower the oyster's flavours. Grilled to perfection, not too cooked, not too raw. 焼き鳥達人^_^

The ume mackerel, foie gras, ox tongue, chicken meatballs, curry meat bar, grilled prawns are the best!
Special Charsiu is really springy and full of porky goodness. Made from pork belly roasted in a roll, the fats are well in tack and need no additional flavoring. The garlic fried rice is befitting of this special Charsiu, not the best but flavourful.
