From the team behind Saveur comes new concept #FrapasBar, focusing on small dishes with a French touch.
Their Salmon Tartare ($9) is something I won't mind ordering again. It's a pretty ensemble with harmonious notes of floral and sweetness from honey and umami, accentuated with the juicy crunch of cucumber and jalapenos.

Had a lovely dinner with my family last Saturday. Totally loved the varlhona beef! Had the Sophia’s Risotto too that tasted interestingly like Otah which I’m not complaining about and the portion was so generous! The other dishes we had like the octopus leg and foie gras were smaller in portions (but no compromise on the taste), living up to the tapas-style which was actually great as they were just right for us to share and still finish everything. Ended the meal with a solid chocolate fudge cake which was def moist as they put it! Nice ambience & service on point too!

Pretty surprised that the rillette dumpling goes well with Japanese mentaiko dipping sauce.

It is unfortunate that of all 4 dishes we ordered; this chicken, stuffed squid, salsa bread and valrhona beef, the burnt/charred look/smell/taste had a VERY strong presence. The best dish we had was the beef, very tender and flavourful, since only the accompanying bread could and was charred. Decor was beautiful.

Be it the classic lemon tart or chocolate moist fudge infused with rose fragrance or earl grey creme brûlée or berries clafoutis, it’s a pleasure to satisfy the sweet tooth after a meal. I’ve enjoyed the lemon tart with lemon custard, assorted fruits and a scoop of refreshing sorbet. The lemon custard sings with its appetising lemony flavour and sweetness from fruits all set in a nice tart shell. .

Love the ambience and food!! Especially the meatballs, they were so delicious. Previously tried their duck confit and it was good! This time round decided to go for the risotto and it didn't disappoint as well. They have a great selection of starters too and I definitely enjoyed their Parma ham and cheese. Food came quickly and love the service
