Really spicy chilli flakes - add sparingly if you’re not a taker of hot spicy food stuff! Pad Thai was well done, with pretty smooth, silky noodles added with a generous portion of beansprouts, greens and some peanuts. Loved the peanuts which added some sorta crunch to the bite

Quite simply this dish represents all of your birthdays rolled up and delivered in a single bowl! Unusual but Unmissable. The Thai chilli lime fish was also delicious, so much so that there was no time to take a photo. Support this restaurant... at the foot of club street it's often overlooked but the staff are welcoming and the food is fantastic 😀

New thai joint... came here with friends. Service was friendly and food is reasonably priced. Must try:
- fried chicken skin
- thai sausages
- red ruby + coconut ice cream dessert

Good for lunch or dinner.

KIDS FRIENDLY TOO!!

Thai Grilled Pork on Skewers ($15)

The description on the menu of @sa.yum stated "bite-sized" skewers. Clearly, this was more like meat-slabs on skewers (but I'm not complaining!😋). The slightly charry pork was marinated with peppery cilantro, garlic and peppercorn and was tender and juicy! Dip it in their Thai Nam Jim Jaew dip, a mildly spicy and tangy sauce, and you'll be gunning after the last skewer in the basket!

Red Curry Duck with Rice ($12.90)

This red curry @sa.yum was so aromatic and yummilicious you'll want to drench your rice with it! It's also great that this isn't overly spicy. The roast duck was generous and tasty, especially the duck skin! Also loved how the curry was packed with vegetables like brinjal and long beans. I would recommend visiting during lunchtime on weekdays to capitalize on the lunch sets! Add on a drink for just $2. I picked the thai iced tea which was also 👍🏼 without being overly sweet.

Think this was my favourite dish here. A generous bowl of hearty curry with an assortment of veg and duck floating about lazily. 😝

The curry was good enough to just spread all over your rice and had nice Thai aromatics like basil. You'll also get vegs like long beans, carrots and baby eggplants which I lurrrrrved. The duck was alright and seemed a bit roughly chopped up in there but was still good.

Overall, would come here for the lunch sets, but not too sure if the ala carte prices are worth it. They've also just opened so there might be some teething issues. Would recommend calling before coming down! ☎️
