Scallops was an add-on. I wouldn't have tried without Entertainer 1 for 1. They even charged the GST based on price of 2 dishes instead of 1.

Lovely ambience with a posh interior, though busy during lunch hours. Delicious pasta with fresh seafood and choice to customize your very own pasta. #burpplebeyond

Check out the tender morsels of seafood, marinated in citrus, in the seafood ceviche. Prawns, squids, mussels and a medley of vegetables that planted an impression - Fresh. Served with tortilla chips, most welcomed by a tortilla chips lover here. A light appetizer on tastebuds to start you off the meal to come.

A sweet beginning to the lovely evening, the crispy chicken wings is an appetizer not to be missed. What caught my eye initially was the thick batter that turned out to be really crispy with an extra crunchiness. But the real reason for falling in love with this was the mesmerizing truffle maple drizzle, especially as it drips while picking up the drumlet. Despite the mild truffle aroma, the sweet maple syrup in contrast to the juicy chicken was really endearing.

Nestled within Oakwood Premier OUE and helmed by Executive Chef Dickson Fung, Se7enth offers contemporary dining in a classy ambience. A pleasant dining experience without any doubt.

As a vongole-lover, I was pretty much looking forward to the vongole pasta. While the al dente spaghetti was tossed with generous servings of clams and scallops in garlic, chili and white wine, I found it to be a tad dry. Taste of white wine was subtle, which would have been preferred if it was more evident. Nonetheless, the juicy scallops were a delight.

One other highlight was the pan-seared salmon. Again a thick slab of salmon fillet, served with a crispy skin and meat easily torn apart. Completing the dish were cream spinach, garlic mashed potatoes and sun-dried tomato béarnaise sauce. Creamy yet not overwhelming, with a myriad of flavours in the same dish. The garlic mashed potatoes particularly caught my attention for a fragrant aroma, while I enjoyed the sun-dried tomato for the intense sweet-tart flavour.
