Popular seafood restaurant, Seafood Paradise has joined forces with Chef Gaggan Anandā€™s fame Ms. Maria & Mr. Singh for a one-of-a-kind Singapore-style seafood experience with the exciting fusion of Indian-Mexican flavours. For starters, there is the Fresh Canadian Oyster with Salsa Taquera, Pickled Shallot and Tobiko, paying homage to the tangy Mexican flavours, and highlights such as the Crab Curry with Creamy Butter Crab topped with Coconut Crumbs best to go with some fried mantou, and Stir-fried Live Tiger Prawn with Gagganā€™s Crab Curry Base that is aromatic with a touch of wok hei. If you are still feeling hungry, the iconic Mee Goreng is infused with robust masala spices and served with papadam. These dishes will be available for a limited time only so hurry down and try them before itā€™s gone.

This was shiok! From Seafood Paradise of Paradise Group, we had their Seafood Xmas Fiesta Set that includes a Seafood Bucket, a box of mantous and 4 bottles of Carlsberg. The seafood came in a literal cute wooden bucket! It had Sri Lankan crab, Boston lobster, tiger prawns, mussels, scallops and squid on bell peppers, pumpkin and pearl corn.

The original sauce that the seafood was done in was already very tasty, but they provide a box of 6 more sauces, which made it even more fun to have! There was wasabi mayonnaise, chilli crab sauce, creamy butter sauce, black pepper sauce, sweet Thai chilli sauce and a savoury Chefā€™s special sauce.

Seafood was absolutely fresh, all of them were cooked just right and done sweet and tender. Especially loved how much roe our crab came with! Available till 31 Dec 2022.

For the occasion, the chefs at Seafood Paradise have come up with new cooking methods and dishes, that will be available from 7 March to 30 April, such as the Salt-baked Sri Lankan Crab (based on menu pricing) which you can taste the natural sweetness from the meat with a veil of salt from the baking, the Stir-fried Local Lobster with Black Truffle Sauce (based on menu pricing) and Champagne Pork Belly Rib ($23.80) which comes with a nice sweet and tangy finish from the champagne sauce. Additionally, there is the Roasted Chicken with Crispy Garlic ($40.80) that contains the moreish crispy garlic bits.

Best steamed prawn dumpling (Har Gau) imo. The prawn filling is crunchy and generous. Every other dim sum dish is competently executed as well. Xiao Long Bao, fried prawn & mango roll, siew mai, steamed Teochew dumpling are the must order each time too!
