Garlic Bread ($6+) Two huge pieces of Toasted Garlic Baguette spread with butter, herb, and garlic. The bread had a toasty outer layer and a soft, fluffy inner.

Caprese ($15.50+) A salad made with Buffalo Mozzarella, Tomato, fresh Basil, and Pesto sauce. The Buffalo mozzarella had a refreshing, creamy taste, complemented by the olive oil and pesto sauce, adding herbiness and richness to the salad. The arrangement of ingredients resembles the flag of Italy, with its green, white and red colour.

Franca 12" ($27+) This tasty pizza features Tomato, Mozzarella, Porcini Mushrooms, and Pancetta Bacon. The pancetta bacon adds deep flavour, enhancing the cheesy tanginess of the pizza. The Porcini mushrooms provide an extra texture.

Spinach and Salmon pizza $30 Beautiful pizzas, wood fired made fresh in front of you. Prices are a little high but currently they are running a 1 for 1 offer on takeout. Affogato coffee is authentic but average tasting. A must try if you like pizzas fresh and you are around bukit Timah. I recommend the salmon and spinach pizza for $30

Great Pizza! Came here for lunch with my friend. We ordered the Quinta pizza ($19 for M)- Tomato, Mozzarella, Egg and Black Truffle Paste. The first thing that hits you is the truffle aroma and then you take a bite and what fills your mouth is an earthy taste with some acidity from the tomato sauce. Really good and the crust was quite crispy too. Gnocchi Al Gorgonzola ($18)- Gratinated homemade Potato Dumplings with Gorgonzola, cream and ham. Take a scoop of it and what you get is the taste of blue cheese that is not too strong but just nicely balanced with the cream that makes you crave for seconds. The potato dumpling was good as well. It was perfectly cooked and too soft or mushy. Calamari ($14)- Crispy squid rings with Arriabiata sauce and Truffle Mayo. The batter was really crispy but could be seasoned more. Calamari tasted quite under seasoned. Arriabiata sauce is served room temperature and added savoury and acidity to the mild tasting squid. Mayo had very mild taste of truffle. Maybe my pizza and gnocchi killed my tastebuds. Oh well. Passionfruit Iced Tea ($4.80). Tea was good but slightly a bit sweet for my liking. Servers on that day were friendly and food didn't take too long to arrive. Overall a good place to have a meal but skip the calamari.

medium sized pizza enough for 2! ordered the Barbara pizza [$18.50 (M)/ $22.50 (L)] which has tomatoes, mozzarella, spicy Italian minced pork, red onions and olives. it was fresh out of the oven & the cheese melted in my mouth!! 🤤 8/10 would recommend

spiced coconut chicken ($18.50) if you could only get one pizza from Chooby i'd recommend this for it's uniqueness and rich coconut flavour from the tom kha sauce! crust was airy and fluffy

squid tentacles ($16) this was not bad but quite greasy. i really loved the spiced tomato sauce though kept dipping my pizza crusts in them

pulled pork ($18.50) saw reviews that this was dry but i personally didn't think it was! pork had a delicious sweet marinade, crust was airy and fluffy.

Margherita 9-inch Pizza ($7) New branch opened by the Marcello, the owner of Sbagliato at Novena! I'm always very impressed by Sbagliato pizzas as the crust is really to die for. And the new branch did not disappoint! The prices were much more friendly over here at Goldhill Plaza but the quality remains 💯. Crust was hand stretched and super fluffy yet crispy. Really love the unevenness of the crust haha as well as the slight charred bits 😋 Probably not authentic but I really wish they will include Pineapples in their menu next time haha. It's really missing the pineapples and this would be a 11/10 pizza.

Cheese Pizza Real woodfired oven pizza!!! The dough was so nice and tasty, and the tomato sauce was tart and fresh- as it should be!!! I wish there was a bit more cheese but it was good quality cheese so I'm not too upset.

Home Made Pork Sausages W Grilled Veggies 28+ Nice snap on the skin but the sausage itself was rather dry and tough, albeit there's a little bit of heat at the end. However my other friend liked it so guess it's personal preference

burrata pizza had this for dinner yesterday and am still thinking about it. the aroma alone was delightful, but the burrata was heavenly. swoon-worthy.

beef brisket ravioli we were expecting a tiny portion but it was actually quite large! the beef brisket was generous — even more than the ravioli! not a bad choice but hardly swoon-worthy

Loved their pizza and pesto pasta! @panuozzo.sg may seem like an unassuming eatery, but the halal Italian fare here is pretty good 😍 we tried both their pizza and pasta and we loved both of them! Their Truffle Pizza with Meatballs ($24) had so much truffle fragrance! Each bite had a bold flavour of truffle, mushroom and cheese that was really satisfying 😍 Do go for their meatball option, as the meatballs were quite meaty and juicy and complemented the white sauce well! As for their pizza dough, it was the chewy kind and I liked the crust. Do share this with more people as it can get surfeiting towards the end. Their Pesto Pasta with Prawns ($16) was also another hit 😍 the fusilli pasta was al dente, and were well coated with the rich pesto sauce. The pesto sauce was so bold in flavour, with nutty aromatic notes coming through strongly! The basil within was strong and slightly minty as well. Prawns were snappy and fresh too. The Onion Rings ($8) were decent and crispy, though it was nothing much to shout out about. Definitely coming back for their pesto pasta as a pesto lover 😍 thank you @panuozzo.sg for inviting!

Squid Ink Pizza This gorgeous Squid Ink pie comes as part of the $58++ sets from the much-awaited 4AM Pizza at Sentosa's new Southside Interim Market. Truly MADDly Deeply Delicious For something as simple as Margherita pizza that’s built on only four elements, it’s crucial that every single element is of high quality. The pizza dough, mozzarella, tomato sauce base, and basil all have to be spot on, otherwise you’re gonna have a bad pizza.⠀ ⠀ @maddpizzasg Margherita ($11++ a slice) is excellently executed, with topnotch ingredients. The dough, as you already know, is quite excellent. The tomato sauce possesses a beautiful balance of salty, sweet & sour, possessing enough salinity to enhance the flavours of everything else. The sweet & sour qualities whet your appetite, creating a satisfyingly well rounded flavour package and gets you eagerly chomping at more pizza.⠀ ⠀ The mozzarella is mild in flavour, but is melted down for major stretchiness & creaminess. The cheese gives the pizza most of its weight, and the mozzarella satisfies superbly. I enjoyed the fresh basil on top of the pizza, which injected a powerful punch of fresh herbal flavours into every bite.⠀ ⠀ The Margherita is a pizza of few components, but there’s a reason why it has stood the test of time and is a certified hood classic. Madd does a mouthwatering Margherita pizza, and you ain’t gonna get a bad pizza at Madd Pizza.

Good Kid, MADD Pizza @maddpizzasg is a great pizzeria for a date night, or even a boys night out with up to seven of your homies, but it is decidedly NOT an ideal location for photography. Don’t let my crappy photo dissuade you from trying Madd Pizza’s pleasurably piquant pies, which they very conveniently sell by the slice.⠀ ⠀ Madd’s Pizza Romana Al Taglio are Roman style pies, and you can expect them to come in rectangles instead of circles. The salami ($13++ per slice) features a most agreeable abundance of salami arrayed atop a thick blanket of melted mozzarella. The stunningly stretchy mozzarella cheese is creamy but mildly flavourful, making it the ideal partner for the slightly spicy & splendidly salty salami. While I do wish that there was a bit more char on the salami, it’s quite fetching as it is. The moderately sweet & sour tomato sauce provides an extra depth of flavour to help the pizza attain its satisfying umami.⠀ ⠀ The real MVP here is the Roman style dough. Due to the high hydration of the dough during the 48-hour fermentation process, the dough base is dry and completely grease free. The party trick of Roman style pizzas is the unique juxtaposition of the light and charming crispy crust where the dough contacted the pan, and the soft chewiness of the dough within. While I don’t remember the pizzas I had in Rome being this thick, I was supremely satiated by the bready yet airy & light pizza dough. Come to think of it, this pizza is texturally similar to a ciabatta.⠀ ⠀ The salami pizza at Madd is simple, but it is simply stellar. Good pizza, Madd awesome, and I’m now a bit mad for Madd’s pies.
