My Favourite Pie Place!! Windowsill pies is one of my favourite pie place! Have been eating this since a few years ago!! But most time when I visited the outlet it will be after dinner and there won't be much pies left. This time round we made it a point to visit during lunch time and we had more choices to choose from! From left to right: strawberry lemon (my all time favourite order), toucan (comes with passion fruit, rapsbeeey and yoghurt), apple rum and raisin, cherry pies! All the pies were amazing although they were a tinge sour. We bought the shopback coupon earlier on so it was 2 pies for $6! Good deal! (Normal price is $6.8 for a slice of pie. There is buy 3 get 3 free on Burpple beyond too)
3-for-3 Pies Unless you are craving for this types of pies and have eaten similar pies before, if it’s your first time trying such pies, the taste will be a hit and miss. The pies are all well made and are true to the pies description. It’s recommended for pies lovers with burpple beyond deal.

Pies For $6! We tried the strawberry lemon, pecan, grasshopper, apple frangipani, morello cherry & Sunday Roast! We wanted to get their banana almond brittle & toucan but it was sold out by the time we got there! The strawberry lemon, morello cherry & apple frangipani we’re slightly sour, so if u want something that is more tart, definitely consider getting these 3 (the cherry was the most sour in our opinion). We tried the grasshopper before, & it was still as good as we remembered :’) the pecan was unexpected delicious! We thought it was gonna be too sweet, but the brown sugar filling mixed w the pecan nuts was a really good combination & it wasn’t too sweet! The Sunday Roast was a little bit weird (but it could be just us) because we just thought the chicken biscuits & truffle butter (which were really salty) did not go well with the rest of the sweet tart (white chocolate curd, caramel glaze etc). But it was worth a try (esp w the 1 for 1!)

Broun Cafe ( Lowercase ) We had 73 Signature Burger ( $17.80 ) and Somucheese burger ( $16.80 ). There is a 10% service charge for dining in but no GST. Ambience was really cozy and quiet. Value for money as portion is rather big.
Great Ambience, Average Food Dish: I ordered the Black Pepper Chicken Chop while my friend ordered the Truffle Shitake Linguine. There was nothing special about the chicken chop but the fries were great. The truffle shitake linguine was pretty decent. And I would point out that they were generous with the mushroom and the mushroom was really good. The mains were average at best. For dessert, we both got the tiramisu. It was more like tiramisu cake than actual tiramisu but still good cake. As quoted by my friend, it was better than her birthday cake. Value: Using the 1-for-1 main and dessert deal on burpple beyond, the meal was definitely value for money. But I would find it difficult to recommend dining at Lowercase without any discount. Final verdict: While the food we had wasn't particularly outstanding, the menu is extensive and I would try their more popular menu items like the egg bens the next time I return. All in all, it is a very nice environment to catch up with a friend or even do work, with free wifi and power points to charge your laptop.
LC Breakfast Platter Nothing better than brunch with great companions! Haven’t met up with my friends for a long time, partly ‘cause of COVID, but largely due to everyone’s clash in schedule #adulting so I was more than happy when we all could finally meet for brunch at a nice cafe like @lowercasesg ! The cherry on top was that @burpple Beyond 1-1 deals were available here, which made it all the more worthwhile to dine there as a big group (split into 2 tables, of course!)⁣⁣ ⁣ The place had a nice vibe to it, being spacious yet cosy, with some families having brunch, and students or adults working at a corner. I found their LC Breakfast Platter delectable, choosing scrambled eggs as my choice of eggs and was delightful to find they had added what seemed like paprika to spice it up! Their pancakes were soft and fluffy, and I drowned them in a sea of maple syrup, just how I like them to be. ⁣ ⁣ On a side note, what do you think is the best time for brunch? 11am or 1pm? My friends and I couldn’t seem to come to a conclusion. All answers are welcome! ✨
