Cheese Ramen The cheese is aburi style, sitting on sukiyaki pork. Cheap, basic noodles. Passable.

Chilli Crab Ramen Surprisingly, chilli crab sauce goes well with ramen. Interesting, can try. There's also a free top up noodle and it's comes with tonkotsu soup broth, so u will have a side of Original Tonkotsu Ramen, for Free. Set meals comes with a drink and 2 Ebi Tempura.

Original Tonkotsu Ramen @$6.90 The Original Tonkotsu Ramen comes with 2 slices of Chasu. Cheap and Affordable. Good ramen to have if u craving for ramen at one north.

While my job is really an eye opener for an individual to see how people ostracize you, it really gives you the edge of discovering if someone is either genuine, or just merely putting up a show. What goes up must come down, what goes round, comes around, and I'm truly happy to see that all of my clients I have are the best people around. Thin Mee Kia-like Ramen We settled for this ramen restaurant and tried their signature ramen served with 3 types of pork ($14.90). Meat servings were generous but the noodles seemed a bit thin for what we are used to for ramen. Had both the garlic and spicy broth. Garlic was light but fragrant, whilst the spicy broth had a slight numbing kick to it, but lacked flavor. Topped up $4 to make it a set with crispy gyoza and iced lemon tea, both which weren't impressionable.

Black garlic tonkotsu pork shabu ramen ($14.90) 🍜 9/10 I had just slurped down the first spoonful when I had exclaimed, "Wow it's so creamy!" I was not expecting such a rich tonkotsu broth from this unassuming joint, which was part of Japan Food Holdings. If you're a fan of strong-flavoured and rich food, this delectable soup will really hit the spot! The black garlic was strong at first but mellowed out as I dove deeper into the bowl of ramen. Nonetheless, the broth itself actually had a dimension of sweetness to it, although I'm not sure it's from the broth itself or the shabu pork. Despite not having a choice of how soft you want your noodles, the noodles here were automatically served bouncy and firm. Though they do serve you quite a lot of noodles inside the soup, each strand was finely separated and went perfectly with the creamy, rich soup.

Garlic Tonkotsu Nibbler was famished so she just went for the garlic tonkotsu with all toppings, which was a little too greedy. Should have just gone for the basic ramen. It was too much pork in this ramen bowl but pork lovers will rejoice with the amount of meat in the ramen. Is a decent bowl of ramen but Ichiran is still my favourite ramen of all time.

Arghhh. Tom Yam Ramen(pork Shabu) One of the worse ramen I ever had. The shabu pork was dry. And the portion so little. It definitely taste better with chicken karage.

It's a hot, steamy & sweaty affair at Zhong Hua Steamboat but it is exactly what we need on a rainy day like this. Decided not to go for the spicy ma la but was happy with the laksa broth that was flavoursome and not oily at all. Spread was sumptuous with different types of fresh seafood. Marutama Ramen This was a solid bowl of ramen! Tonkatsu broth was good, not overly cloying but still flavourful. The egg and chashu were meh. That seaweed like vegetable though, was interesting. Never had it before but it soaks up the broth so well.

New Ramen Restaurant Manned by a Japanese and a local, the two man team in this brand new ramen shop in Newest serves up ramen and bentos. I ordered the Yakiniku Beef Bento while my daughter ordered the Ajitama Egg Tonkatsu Ramen. The beef in my bento tasted sour. Hmmm…. But the ramen was good . Broth had ump! in it. Amd the ramen still al dente by the time we ate. This one I’ll come back just for Ramen.

Aged Soy Sauce Ramen & Black Garlic Ramen The Aged Soy Sauce Ramen ($14.90) was rich with the umami flavour of meat and soy sauce. The Black Garlic Ramen ($15.90) boasted a strong roasted garlic flavour which was diffused throughout the entire soup. While rich, both soups continued to carry a lightness to them, encouraging you to finish the broths without getting too overwhelmed. Each bowl came with one large slice of chashu which was tender and lightly seasoned. Bonus points also for the half slice of Ajitama that came with each bowl, which had a light and, interestingly, refreshing sweetness to it. However, we felt the noodles failed to carry the soup very well, and there were bites of noodles devoid of the flavour of the soup. Portion sizes could also have been slightly larger for its price. Would recommend giving the place a try!

Special Black Truffle Flavour Ramen For those who came from JB would be familiar with this ramen restaurant. They have recently expanded their outlet to Singapore with their first restaurant at Singpost Centre. For a stronger taste of the broth, you definitely must try their special black truffle flavour ramen. It comes along with a slice of pork shoulder chashu, hanjuku egg, menma together with some vegetables. The soup really creamy and tasty, with the black truffle flavour. The chashu slice was big in its size.

Black Tonkotsu ($8) + Ramen Egg ($1.50) Honestly a steal for ramen and in an air conditioned environment but it was just salty with barely any savoury goodness of how a tonkotsu should be. Probably a good cheap eat for people on a budget or students!

Black Tonkotsu Ramen Very affordable under $10 bowl of ramen. Taste wise it is average, not the most generous meat serving and also not the best noodle texture. (The black soup base wasn't that black also). However it is very worth it for the price offered. The soup is pretty good. As you can see in the picture it is decent enough for under $10 and I will come back again
