Grilled Iberico Pork Chop ($26++) This is one of Vineyard鈥檚 signature mains. Pork is very tender despite the size. Sauce (winner of the dish) is on the herby side which I like a lot - could be a bit salty but manageable. It鈥檚 served with roasted potato and veggies. Place is secluded and good for quiet dates with a nature view :)

Grilled Iberico Pork Chop ($26) 250g Bone in Pork Chop, Cajun Roasted Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables, Mustard Brown Sauce. Pork chop was nicely seasoned and well cooked. Every bite of the meat was flavourful and not too tough. Potatoes was mildly flavoured. Roasted vegetables consisted of carrots and zucchini. Carrots were crunchy and the zucchini was tender. Mustard Brown sauce tasted similar to black pepper sauce. Overall really like this dish and would recommend it. I also ordered the Crispy Battered Mushroom ($10) served with Garlic Aioli and Truffle Mushroom Alfedo Pasta ($20). The batter of the mushroom were crispy throughout and didn't turn soggy. Mushrooms were unseasoned, only giving off its natural umaminess. The aioli somehow tasted more like mayonnaise to me. Overall found this dish so-so. Pasta was Linguine Pasta cooked in Truffle Mushroom Cream Sauce with Medley Mushroom, Onsen Egg, Shaved Parmesan. Pasta was slightly on the harder side which I prefer. Mushroom was ok. Truffle was detectable. The dish gave me a home-y feel because of the rich, warm creamy sauce. However it became a little overwhelming at the end because of the creaminess. Overall I think it would be better to share this dish.

It鈥檚 So Fluffy! Fresh tomato rice topped with fluffy egg and cheese, sooo fluffy!! Varieties of mushrooms and meat can be found inside too, this means it contains pork and beef. Creamy and cheesy, perfect for cheese lover like me, not forgetting the fluffy soft clouds of eggs! Oooh so yummy!

Famous French Toast 10.8++ Buttery and quite crispy French toast. Cream really brings out the taste of the French toast and the maple syrup lends some much needed sweetness. My friend's eyes widened with his first bite and I guess that's how I looked the first time I had this haha. Though everyone says that ice cream would probably be better

afternoon tea within a garden 馃尯馃嵉 $38 per set // hidden within the lush flower dome of gardens by the bay lies fennel cafe, where i had an enjoyable tea time!! this set came with about 5 bite-sized savory and sweet items of a mediterranean-french theme, so each item was of unique flavors and not your typical afternoon tea menu. all of the items were scrumptious and some of the items i enjoyed more due to its uniqueness were the mushroom croquette, red pepper hummus and sourdough chips, spiced creme catalan tart and citrus dark chocolate scone. due to each item being bite sized, i got to enjoy a wide variety of flavors without being too full, which left me feeling just right to go explore the flower dome after my meal!! you鈥檙e entitled to enter the flower dome with the afternoon tea set so that made my meal more worth it!! the quality and taste of the food definitely matched up to the great garden themed dining experience i had, and i鈥檇 sure to come back for more if they offer new seasonal menus 馃尭馃尭

Afternoon Tea Part 5 ($38 Per Pax) This afternoon tea set only offered 1 cup of tea or coffee. If you wish for free flow, must add $5. I had this set a few months ago so the items may have changed. Initially I was seated upstairs right next to the Flower Dome (complimentary entrance if dine at Pollen). But the roof was glass and the sun was super hot. Yes the ambience was great and the view superb, but I started sweating even before my food came. In the end, I requested to be seated downstairs. Air con!!!

Trimmed Entrec么te Steak ($36.80) We had complimentary ros茅s to open, which is always welcomed. We tried their famed trimmed entrec么te steak ($36.80 for individual, $58.80 for XXL version). I had them medium rare, and was served with a walnut salad and fries. Steak was somewhat tough and dry. I had to pair each bite of steak with some sauce because the beef was just underwhelming. To be fair they do make a really good sauce. Rich, creamy, and flavourful.

Lentrecote The Steak & Fries Bistro 28/07/19 Tajima Wagyu Rump ($48++) Comes with a side of bread that was slightly hard on the outside, soft on the inside + Salad greens with walnut and a vinagrette dressing Starting off with the salad, felt that the salad did not need the dressing as it became too sour. The bread was slightly hard on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, a good compliment to the steak sauce and their mustard dressing. I quite liked their mustard dressing as it was not overpowering. Moving on to the main, their initial serving of fries is simply huge. With a bright golden hue, it was very tempting to devour all the fries immediately, especially since it was unlimited. They were very crisp and crunchy; I know that they are just fries but it was strangely addictive. Now, moving on to their legendary secret sauce... Before trying this, I have heard that you either like it, or you don't and that it is very addictive if you do happen to like it. To start, the sauce really does not taste like any other sauce I've tried. It was slightly tangy and acidic, with hints of mushroom and onion. Having strong umami flavours, it definitely paired well with their golden fries. If they served unlimited sauce as well, I just might have asked for another portion of fries, definitely a winner for me. On the menu, this Tajima Wagyu Rump (Grade 7/8) is 'known for its high degree of marbling and flavour'. To me, it was certainly a fatty cut of beef, but not due to the marbling. The cut I was given had a strip of fat on one side of the beef, sort of like a striploin. This provided a richer flavour to the beef but not the 'melt-in-your-mouth' tenderness that one will get from high quality Wagyu. Beef was slightly burnt, chewy (Ordered medium-rare) and had lots of beef flavour. A sizeable portion was given, but don't order this expecting a very tender cut of steak.
