Even though we read some reviews and went with little expectations, we were delighted to find another tomato broth that we liked other than HDL. With their handmade noodles, this was a satisfying dish for a simple meal. The tender Wagyu beef cubes were a good combination, though we wished there were more of it. To make the meal more complete, their Tobiko prawn balls would be a good add-on. Their chilli tofu with century egg, on the other hand, makes an appetising starter for those who enjoy spicy. Comparatively, we didn鈥檛 like their beef broth as much as the tomato broth, due to the distinct beef taste which was a little gamey. We would return for the tomato broth noodles, much more with existing discounts on several apps.

Vinaigrette Ebiko Prawn Paste Dry Noodle You know it is good when you cane for the second time. I really enjoy the texture of their noodle, even for the dry version. The prawn paste comes in separate bowl together with small portion of tomato soup. If you looking for some spicy side dish, go for their tofu with century egg to add on the taste.

Nice And Cosy Place For Brunch Went to elixir for brunch and had the truffle eggs prosciutto, the eggs were very soft and tasty with the truffle flavour not being too overpowering, and the portion size was just right for brunch.

Brioche is the highlight! Truffles Eggs Prosciutto $22 The Breakfast Works $24 The texture of the scrambled eggs was smooth and tasty (without/with truffles). The taste of the truffles was not too overwhelming. Warm brioche was served and they were well toasty with cripsy sides! Take note: The Breakfast works portion is really huge!! would recommend to share with a friend. Thanks to 1 for 1 deal, the total bill was about $28+ inclusive of gst and service charges

A Brunch Gem!! During my visit to Elixir my girlfriend and I ordered The Breakfast Works and the Brulee French Toast. The Breakfast Works really gave us the works. The plate was brimmed, full of classic breakfast goodness. From tasty smoked salmon to juicy and fresh grilled tomatoes, fluffy toasts, succulent and juicy sausages, well-seasoned potato wedges, crispy bacon and creamy and frothy scrambled eggs that Gordon Ramsay would probably approve of. There was no weak link in the dish. Everything was perfect in their own right and came together to make the perfect breakfast platter. if you're at the Elixir I highly recommend you get the Breakfast Works, but I warn you, best come with a big appetite, it isn't for small eaters. The Brulee French Toast was a sweet treat to the eyes as much as it was a treat for the mouth. The French toast was so beautifully plated with an assortment of berries and cream on the side. The toast itself was something I have never seen before. Traditionally the bread was coated with eggs and goes into the pan. The Brulee French toast, as the same suggest, has a special layer of hardened, caramelised coating similar to the toppings on a cr猫me Brule which gave the toast an extra texture element to it in addition to the fragrant egg coating that French toast had. It was so unique and tasted so good. Kudos to whoever thought of such a dish as French Brulee!

Yuzu Raspberry Cake Tangy and fruity cake that is made with light cotton vanilla sponge between layers of yuzu meringue mousse and serbian raspberries, covered in valrhona ivoire.聽The cake is very light and refreshing which pairs quite well with the lychee oolong tea that was light, fruity and floral. Yuzu Raspberry Cake & Earl Grey Passionfruit Entremet Yuzu Raspberry Cake: The combination of the white chocolate cream with the fresh raspberries was refreshing and well-paired. The cake didn鈥檛 feel as heavy when you eat it because of the light sponge cake. However, it wasn鈥檛 particularly mind-blowing. Rating: 3.67/5 猸愶笍 Earl Grey Passionfruit Entremet: The combination of earl grey and passionfruit was a match made in heaven. The slight tanginess of the passionfruit balanced the underlying bitter flavours of earl grey. Overall, I personally preferred the entremet to their Yuzu Raspberry Cake. Rating: 3.88/ 5 猸愶笍
