Artisanal “Giuseppe Cocco” Linguine | Hokkaido Sea Urchin Sardinian Bottarga | Amalfi Lemon Linguine dressed in Uni sauce! Pretty rich and umami - but the boyfriend doesn’t like it that much, claiming there’s some sorta bamboo shoots kinda smell to it. I think there’s some probby with his tastebuds. It’s really pretty awesome!!

Homemade Tagliolini | Smoked Black Cod Sauce Kaluga Queen Schrenckii Caviar |Salmon Roe Pure abstract art on a plate - both presentation and taste wise. ‘Not the most cultured person in the arts space but this has got to be the most appreciated dish for the night! The smoked black cod sauce is particularly unique (it’s not squid ink btw!) and was infused into every strand of pasta - the homemade pasta, cooked to al-dente texture was a win too. See the generous servings of Roe and caviar? For the price point (and available on Burpple 1-1), it’s more than worth it!

White Asparagus 4 Course Lunch ($50++ With #burpplebeyond) Probably the best of #burpplebeyond flash deals - works out to be sgd58.50/pax after service and tax. Valid on weekdays only until 31 May. Come grab it if you're a fan of white asparagus , burratina, sea urchin, perfectly seasoned tender lamb. All my favorite things in one menu- almost like it was curated specially for me! Okay except the dessert, because white chocolate is just not my thing. The killer view of Marina Bay doesn't hurt either. 💡: budget at least 1.5h for this lunch, service was quite slow even though they were only 1/4 full

Chashu Miso Pasta Chashu Miso Pasta ($15) consisted of boufe pork chashu, miso sauce, onsen egg, shredded seaweed. I decided not add spiced silver sprout because I don't eat spicy food. Its quite special for dry pasta by using miso sauce instead of making soup. I also like the sauce for miso to complement for pasta dish. I also add-on as a set meal for handicraft beverage - hot mint tea ($3.90) in regular size.
