Caesar Salad Exclusive to their outlet at SCAPE, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is one of the newer Burpple Beyond Merchants! With 1-for-1 deals on regular sized beverages as well as on mains, you can have your pick from their pretty extensive drinks menu and their All-day Dining menu. From pastas to sandwiches, or simple salads; all worked as something a bit more substantial to accompany your favourite concoction. Having their recommended Caesar Salad ($9.90), the classic rendition was foolproof and the portion was hearty. The vegetables tasted fresh and crisp, pairing well with the light dressing and crunchy croutons. But if you have a few dollars to spare, do yourself a favour and pimp your salad with Smoked Salmon ($3.60). The sliced salmon offering a good punch of savouriness and added texture. A big thank you to @coffeebeansg for hosting us and @burpple for the invite!

Ribeye Steak With Drink $55 Ordered two exactly same main and drink to share the deal with a friend. Portion was good, sides were tasty. I had mashed potato with seasonal veggies while my friend chose fries and loaded potato. Drink was a bottomless soft drink. Gotta love bottomless drinks during meals! Had my steak medium doneness as usual, one small area of the steak was medium rare, not too big of an issue for me cuz I usually switch between medium and medium rare. $55++ for dinner for two, totes worth it. The only downside was perhaps the service initially. The server gave us our mains without cutlery, we had to raise our hands to request for them, an acceptable minor hiccup for us.

Outback Steakhouse Good quality sirloin steaks but they were a little over done to my request (medium rare). Sides were mediocre.

Steak-In-Mind? Based on reviews I read, seems Outback has been improving on service and tables. We had the shrimp caesar salad $21.90, toowoomba pasta $29.90 and ribeye steak (ordered medium) $47.90. Caesar could use more cheese and better quality shrimp. Toowooba pasta had the same subpar shrimps and is of acquired taste. Steak is decent but is not cooked evenly, some parts on the outer was almost raw while center was bloody. Cappuccino is not great a choice but I just needed coffee. For main sides, I recommend the mash potato, not the fries and avoid the main’s peppercorn sauce. Initial bread served hot with butter is good. Overall, much improvement needed at the kitchen to keep customers coming back. For $100 for 2pax (net after burpple beyond deal) on the quality and portion, I unfortunately cannot recommend until kitchen improves.

Pleasantly surprised Used the Burpple 1-1 deal, for 2 drinks + 4 croissants to go. Service was friendly and helpful. The honey croissant was exactly what I wanted- buttery and sweet with the fragrance of honey. Peach milk tea was refreshing and satisfying at the same time. Will definitely come back again even without the Burpple deals.

Dirty Milk Tea & Passion Royale It was disappointing the pearls tasted so hard instead of soft and chewy. But the Passion Royale was not bad. Purchased the vouchers from Chope, and was told by the staff that she did not know how to scan the QR code and we are not able to redeem today. Then she told us to download WeChat on the spot for her to use to scan the QR quote caused she didn’t know how to. Staff is not trained, service and attitude was horrible

Fantastic Meat They've got a promotion going on their website itself so I didn't use beyond for this. Skip the Deluxe buffet and go straight for Premium. For 75 per person (inclusive of gst and all), I thought the meal was really worth it. The meats were beautifully marbled and melted in your mouth. We couldn't help but get more orders of both the kurobuta karubi and wagyu karubi. Highly recommend getting their tonkotsu soup for your hotpot too, it's lovely and sweet.

1 For 1 Burpple Beyond This set was $22.90 but with 1 for 1 it was quite reasonable. Honestly, was expecting more quality for the food but it was average at best. The rice did not look like Japanese rice, I think they used jasmine rice instead. However, the unagi was quite good but I’ve tasted better before. I liked the sashimi! However, portions were quite small and the chicken in the chawanmushi was pink and I did not dare to eat it. Overall, it was quite okay, would not go back there again if I were craving Japanese, could probably get cheaper and better quality food elsewhere. Food: 6.5/10

MUST READ - Great Food But Very Schemy Went because of Burpple, 1 for 1 and because we love Wagyu so we went for the premium On their website the price of their buffet ranges from 40+ with premium at 64.9++ but as soon as they found out we ereee using burple they wouldn't allow the price that everyone else pays normally, instead it was $180 per person after ++ so we ended up paying 90 per person WHICH IS A TOTAL SCAM because it would have been cheaper without Burpple which was 64++ without the Burpple. Food was great but trust me if you read enough reviews you'll realise they are very dodgy and scammy. Another example is the premium was so much more expensive because it's more variety of wagyu AND you get free flow Ben and Jerry's ice cream which is not obvious and I looked everywhere on their menu and couldn't find it. I only knew because I read a review online, otherwise they would have gotten away with us having no free flow ice cream because they never told us, they purposely hide that info from you. Just because they're unethical and dishonest I wouldn't come back here again. Disappointed that you pay for burpple for such a terrible deal. Shame on burpple for allowing this also

This is EGGactly the kind of EGGs I wanna eat! 😍😍😍 Nestled at Cuppace Terrace is @mamasoisg, a Kitchen-Bar serving up dishes with a South-East Asian flavours. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 With an al fresco seating area, it has a pleasant ambience good for winding down with a group of friends! 🍻 . Almost a staple on every table, their signature Son-in-Law Eggs ($7++) really impresses on presentation. 💯 Let’s forget about any connotation on the dish’s name & focus on the food itself! 😉 . Texture-wise, I would say that it is a cross between hard-boiled eggs & Ajitsuke Tamago (ramen egg). 🥚 Cutting through the firm egg white unveils a runny yolk that lends a nice luscious mouthfeel. 🤤🤤🤤 Liked that the eggs were greasy at all despite being deep-fried to paint that golden brown on the exterior. 👍🏻 . The highlight would have to be the accompanying mama's signature chilli jam 🌶, which gives the eggs more oomph with its slight spicy kick. 😋😋😋 Served on basil leaves & tipped with sliced chilli, this was certainly an elegant way of presenting eggs on a plate! 💕 . 📢PROMO📢 Good news for Standard Chartered credit card users! From now till 31 Oct, enjoy $5 off your dining bill when you pay at @mamasoisg with your SC credit card, by courtesy of their collaboration with @eatigo_sg! 🎉 . Mediocre Food, Unlikely To Be Back Got the Son in Law eggs for starters - it came with chilli jam and a creamy center. Our mains followed - Miso Truffle Prawn pasta & Laksa pasta. The Miso Truffle was too salty despite several mouths and I feedbacked for a change, which the restaurant kindly recooked a new plate for me. Laksa pasta came lukewarm, was pretty dry and taste wise - felt like I could recreate it with the PrimaDeli laksa paste at home. Not sure if I'll be back, thought the atmosphere was good!
